Lynn’s Place is Unique People Services first mixed-use affordable housing development. Named after UPS’ founder Lynn Wonsang, the project was developed for mentally challenged individuals and low-income singles and families. It’s a 6-story, 69 unit complex, that consists of 42 units are supportive housing for individuals with a mental illness and 27 units of affordable housing for individuals and families making less than 60% AMI. The building consists of studios, one, and two bedroom apartments, a community room, elevators, onsite laundry facilities, individually controlled heating and air conditioning units in each apartment, resident parking spaces and a garden courtyard.
Our services are successfully delivered in this community setting and includes mental health assessments, skills training, substance abuse counseling and referral, and much more.
