IMPACT
121st Avenue is a certified Developmental Disabilities Residential Program. The program impacting the lives of six women to live productive and more independent lives. Direct Support Professional staff strive to assist each individual in working together for a stronger tomorrow while living a happier today. DSP staff assist in community integration and social development in a supportive living atmosphere.
RECENT WORK
This residence is one of the newest residential IRAs which was certified by OPWDD in Queens, NY. This residence was established to meet the needs of individuals through our host of programs and services.

To enhance the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities to meet their full potential.
