CCP - CONSUMER HOLIDAY CELEBRATION

On Wednesday, December 21, 2011, the Care Coordination Program sponsored its Consumer Holiday party. Approximately 60-70 people attended the party. The staff served the plentiful and delicious food. Free prizes were distributed (DVD player, cosmetic gift baskets and more). As indicated in the pictures, everyone had a great time.
